How it works

1. 📅 Reserve Your Date

First, you will book your online meet and greet. This will take place via Zoom. This gives you a chance to tell us any requirements that your child has and to get to know each other a little bit.
It is recommended that you book your babysitting service as soon as possible after booking your meet and greet so that you can secure your place.
A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your chosen date for your babysitting service —this will be taken off your final bill.
For bookings of more than 8 hours, an additional 40% of the final amount is due 7 days before your booking. This will also be deducted from your final bill.

2. 🌟 Meet & Greet Visit

Before we start our playtime together, I like to get to know you and your child in advance. This friendly call helps me get to know them and gives you the chance to share all the important details—things like allergies, favourite activities, daily routines, emergency contacts, and anything else I should know to keep them safe and happy.

3. 🎉 The Day Has Arrived!

4. 📝 Feedback Time

At the end of the day, I’ll share a detailed update about what we did, how your child enjoyed themselves, and any little milestones or funny moments. I keep these notes so that when I return, I can make our activities fresh and exciting each time.

5. 💌 Invoice

Your final invoice will be emailed to you along with your feedback and payment is due within 48 hours of the visit ending.
