1. Notice Period
   •    Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance of the agreed booking time.
   •    Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may incur a fee (see below).
2. Late Cancellations
   •    Less than 48 hours’ notice: 50% of the agreed booking fee is payable.
   •    Less than 24 hours’ notice: 100% of the booked hours are payable.
3. No-Show Policy
   •    If a Playtime to Pillow babysitter arrives and the booking is cancelled upon arrival or if no one is home, the full agreed fee will be charged.
4. Sickness & Emergency Exceptions
   •    If cancellation is required due to illness of the child or a genuine emergency, Playtime to Pillow may, at its discretion, waive the cancellation fee.
   •    If a babysitter is unwell or unable to attend, families will be notified as soon as possible, and no charge will apply.
5. Re-scheduling
   •    Cancelled bookings may be re-scheduled at no cost if arranged before the 48-hour notice period.
6. Communication
   •    All cancellations must be made via phone call, text, or WhatsApp to ensure Playtime to Pillow receives notice.
